Complaints about Nurses, Midwives or Health Visitors

These professions are regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council. This Council can investigate complaints from individuals who feel a member of these professions has mistreated them. The Nursing and Midwifery Council has the power to remove or caution any practitioner who is found guilty of professional misconduct.
