Complaints about Judges


If you are dissatisfied with the way in which a judge has decided your case, your only option is to appeal against the decision. However, if you wish to complain about a judge’s personal behaviour towards you can write to the Office for Judicial Complaints at:

Your letter should include your name and address, the details of the relevant court and judge, the case/application number, the date of the hearing and the reason for your complaint.
