Liberty considers and records all the feedback it receives and will use its best endeavours to accommodate reasonable suggestions within the confines of available resources.

Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint or comments about content on this site or a response to any query submitted to this site, contact the webmaster by email or by use of the above feedback form or by letter:

The webmaster will consider the complaint herself if it relates to the website or forward it to an Advice & Information Officer if it relates to a query response. In either case, the staff member will assess whether she can offer an explanation that answers the complaint.
If you are not satisfied that your complaint has been adequately dealt with, you can request that your complaint be reviewed by Director of Legal. The Director of Legal will investigate your complaint and will then contact you to explain what action he proposes to take in response.:
