Liberty considers and records all the feedback it receives and will use its best endeavours to accommodate reasonable suggestions within the confines of available resources.

Complaints Procedure

If you are not satisfied that your complaint has been adequately dealt with, you can request that your complaint be reviewed by Director of Legal. The Director of Legal will investigate your complaint and will then contact you to explain what action he proposes to take in response.
