James Strachan
James Strachan contributed the section on privacy. He is a practising barrister at 4-5 Gray's Inn Square and specialises in public and administrative law including human rights. He is co-author with Rabinder Singh of The Law of Privacy (Oxford University Press, 2000) and author of 'Human Rights Act 1998 and Commercial Law' to be published in an Australian edition of essays entitled
