Fiona Fairweather
Fiona Fairweather contributed the chapter on the Rights of Suspects. Fiona is Dean of the Law School,University of East London. She has written and lectured widely on police powers and suspects' rights and was co-author of the Legal Action Group's "Police Powers : A Practitioner's Guide."
