Declan O'Dempsey
Declan O'Dempsey contributed to the chapter on the Rights of Workers and wrote the Age Discrimination section in the chapter on the Right to Receive Equal Treatment. Declan is a barrister and specialises in sensitive and difficult employment, discrimination, public and regulatory law. He practices in all areas of discrimination work, trade union cases (including strike injunctions) data protection, confidentiality and ECHR human rights law.
