Anna Mazzola

Anna Mazzola is a solicitor at Hickman & Rose specialising in public law; human rights; actions against the police and other detaining authorities; and information and data protection law. A key part of Anna's work is obtaining remedies for victims of crime who have been failed by the state. She also has a particular interest in privacy issues.

Anna wrote the section on the Data Protection Act 1998 in the Chapter on the Right to Privacy.
