Delivery of Online Services: Non-Discrimination Statement

1. LIBERTY is constitutionally committed to "ensuring and safeguarding the right to equality before the law and to freedom from discrimination on such grounds as disability, political or other opinion, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation and marital status."

2. Liberty wholeheartedly supports the Race Relations Act 1976 and the Sex Discrimination Acts 1975 and 1986 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

3. Liberty endeavours to present websites that are usable and accessible to as many users as possible.

4. Liberty is aware of the particular issues faced by internet users with disabilities and takes into account and applies current web design standards for enhancing site usability and maximising accessibility.

5. Liberty seeks to achieve and maintain at least a Priority 1- A Bobby Approval rating for its websites.

6. Liberty encourages feedback from any users about how usability and accessibility features of our websites can be enhanced. Liberty records and considers all feedback of this type and will apply modifications to our websites that we consider will improve usability and accessibility where such modifications are within Liberty's means.
