Liberty offers free advice services to members of the public. If you are considering using our advice service, it is important to note that Liberty can only offer advice on the law of England and Wales and that our expertise is limited. The areas of law in which we specialise are human rights, criminal justice, police powers and privacy.

We will do our best to address any human rights issues, even if they arise in relation areas of law that we do not specialise in. If we cannot provide you with detailed advice or take on your case, we will try to refer you to another law firm or other organisation which is better equipped to advise you.

Please note that due to our limited resources we are unable to accept student queries. For information on Liberty and its work, visit our website at www.liberty-human-rights.org.uk
